During 2007, Boyle Transportation donated approximately $50,000 in support of local and national charitable organizations including USO of New England, Homes for Our Troops, AmeriCares, The St. Francis House, The House of Hope, and The Hole in The Wall Gang Camp .
Boyle Transportation is proud to announce that we donated truckload services in support of Wreaths Across America, an organization that provides Christmas wreaths to grave sites of military veterans across the country. We transported wreaths from a nursery in Maine to national cemeteries in Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee. Boyle Transportation was represented by senior professional drivers Bob Poulin and Bob Slavy.

Boyle Announces New System for Mileage Computation
Effective today, October 1, 2006, Boyle Transportation will use ALK PC*Miler Version 20.1 for the computation of miles for pricing purposes. We have standardized on the current version of the Defense Table of Official Distantces (DTOD).
Richard Dunne named the 2006 Massachusetts Safe Driver of the Year
Richard Dunne, a 30 year veteran of Boyle Transportation, was named the 2006 Massachusetts Safe Driver of the Year by the Massachusetts Motor Transportation Association. Mr. Dunne has driven 2 million miles without a chargeable accident, and he serves as a trainer for newly hired Boyle drivers. He has been active in educating the motoring public about highway safety, particularly through the DOT's "No Zone" program.
Boyle Transportation recently signed up to participate in the Amber Alert Highway Network. The AMBER Alert program uses media and highway signs to notify the public in serious child abduction cases. 225 children have been safely recovered as a direct result of an AMBER alert. We are partnering with Qualcomm to expand the distribution of Amber alerts.
