Our transportation professionals hold company-owned and secured Android phones with pre-installed apps and operate vehicles outfitted with multiple telematics systems. Data is encrypted using military-grade technology and fed directly into our back-end systems, which are hosted on Amazon Web Services in a secure configuration that meets NIST standards.

Temperature Control Sensors & Probes

Our temperature-controlled trailers are outfitted with operating sensors within the refrigeration unit and strategically located probes to provide redundancy, allowing you to constantly monitor the temperature of your shipments in transit. All temperature-controlled trailers undergo calibration and thermal mapping processes at regularly scheduled intervals, and temperature probes and sensors are consistently tested for accuracy using a reference instrument calibrated to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) requirements.

Flexible Data Exchange

We have considerable flexibility in how we deliver information to our customers electronically. Our systems can easily link with your ERP system via electronic data interchange (EDI) as well as through advanced application program interfaces (APIs) for server-to-server communications using REST/JSON or SOAP/XML. In-freight tracking systems, supplied by our trusted third-party network, integrate seamlessly with our systems and yours, providing you with the most detailed information on the movement of your items.
