Billerica, MA -- Laura Duryea, Manager of Recruiting, Retention and Professional Driver Development for Boyle Transportation has been appointed to the US Department of Transportation's (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) advisory board for Women in Trucking. 

 The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, enacted in 2021, mandated that an advisory board be formed to advocate for the recruitment, retention and support of professional women drivers. The 16 members of the advisory board represent a wide swath of the trucking industry. Laura has a diverse and extensive experience in trucking
and was enthusiastically nominated by the company principals last spring.
