Marc Boyle
President and Chief Executive Officer
Marc has over 20 years of leadership experience in transportation and supply chain management. Prior to his appointment he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Boyle serves on committees with the National Defense Transportation Association and the American Trucking Associations. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. He holds a Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from MIT, and is a graduate of Middlebury College.
Andrew Boyle
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Andrew T. Boyle is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to returning to the company in 2003, Andrew was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an AB from Bowdoin College. Andrew serves on the executive committee and board of directors of the American Trucking Associations, and is past chairman of the Massachusetts Motor Transportation Association. He is a member of the Business Advisory Committee of the Northwestern University Transportation Center, a director of the (Lowell, MA) House of Hope, and a trustee of Eastern Bank.
Scott Ryan
Vice President of Operations
Scott J. Ryan is the Vice President of Operations. He has managed the logistics planning for the company since 1983. Scott has extensive experience in dealing with the company's major accounts and the procurement of equipment to meet the specific needs of customers. Scott earned a B.A. from Bentley College.
Rod Mallette
Vice President of Business Development
Prior to his appointment, he was a global account manager specializing in distribution solutions for Agility Logistics. Rod is a retired Army colonel who spent almost 28 years in logistics positions at all levels of the military. He earned an MS, National Resources from the National Defense University, an MBA from East Carolina University and graduated from the University of Alabama.
Enrique A. Araniz
Director of Operations for the Central and Western United States
Enrique A. Araniz is the Director of Operations for the Central and Western United States. Rick joined the company in 1987 and has developed several major accounts. Rick is a DOT-certified instructor for the transportation of hazardous material. A graduate of Anna Maria College, Rick also holds a Masters of Education in Organizational Management from Endicott College. Rick is a Colonel in the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
Michael J. Collins
Operations Manager
Michael J. Collins is the Operations Manager. He conducts much of the planning of company resources in the eastern U.S. Prior to joining the company in 1997, Michael served as an officer in the Coast Guard, where he oversaw the inspection of all foreign commercial vessels in the port of New York/New Jersey. A graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Michael currently serves as president of the National Defense Transportation Association, New England chapter.
The Operations Center
The Operations Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Highly qualified staff members plan and oversee every aspect of the shipment movement process - from initial customer contact, to planning, through delivery - assuring customers of maximum coverage for priority shipments. The operations staff averages 15 years of tenure with the company.
Benjamin T. Curtis
Fleet Manager
Benjamin T. Curtis is the Fleet Manager. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Ben spent 30 years as the fleet maintenance manager at Whitehall Company and Gordon Logistics. He is a member of the board of directors for the Massachusetts Association of Fleet Maintenance Supervisors. Ben manages the maintenance and vehicle safety program for the fleet.
Nancy Haskell
Director of Administration
Nancy Haskell is the Director of Administration. Nancy has more than 20 years of experience with the company. She manages back office operations, including accounting, compliance and information technology.
Max Drake
Senior Consultant to the Operations and Sales Departments
Max Drake is a Senior Consultant to the Operations and Sales departments. Max has over 30 years of operations experience in the transportation of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes. Prior to his current position, Max was the Vice President of Operations for Tri-State Motor Transit. Max is a graduate of Northeastern State University.
Steve Norbeck
Safety Manager
Steve is a certified Safety Director and has received extensive training in hazardous materials, including CVSA Level VI inspection training. Prior to joining our team, Steve served as Safety Manager at Roadway Express. During his 24 years as a professional driver, Steve received many accolades for safe driving, including Massachusetts Driver of the Year and serving as a member of the ATA's America's Road Team. Presently, Steve serves as co-chair of the Massachusetts Motor Transportation Association's Safety and Regulatory Council and the Truck Driving Championships Committee
