BG George Landis, USA (Retired)

General Landis is currently an independent consultant specializing in defense, logistics and international activities. He had been last appointed by Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) as Executive Liaison to the US Army Program Executive Office, Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO, STRI) and Vice President for Business Development, Logistics & Training Systems. Prior to that assignment, he served as Vice President & General Manager of Integrated Logistics Services for RTSC. General Landis brings 30 years of successful military experience, including key assignments as Commanding General, US Army Personnel Information Systems Command; Special Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Department of the Army; Deputy Commanding General for Operations and Transportation, 22nd Theater Army Area Command, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; Commanding General, Military Traffic Command, Western Area, and Commander, 25th Infantry Division (Light) Support Command. He was also Chief of International Logistics, US Pacific Command at Camp Smith, Hawaii, and Assistant Chief of Staff, G4 (Logistics), 82d Airborne Division, Ft. Bragg, NC.

He received an Army ROTC commission and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University and later earned a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

MG Dan Mongeon, USA (Retired)

MG Dan Mongeon, US Army (Retired), is President of Agility Logistics Defense & Government Services with overall responsibility for the business development and the operations and strategy functions relating to the defense sector. Prior to joining Agility, General Mongeon served in the U.S. Army for 34 years, most recently as the Director of Operations, J3, of the Defense Logistics Agency. With a focus on military readiness, this office provides policy oversight and supply chain management for acquisition, supply, distribution, and property disposal. General Mongeon headed a staff of over 300 civilian and military personnel responsible for providing worldwide logistics solutions to the Military Services as well as to foreign military customers and other federal agencies. This worldwide mission was performed by approximately 23,000 civilian and military personnel with an annual operating budget of over $31 billion.

General Mongeon is a distinguished military graduate from the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. He received a Masters Degree in Logistics Management from the University of Arkansas.

General William G. T. Tuttle, Jr., USA (Retired)

General Tuttle was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of the notforprofit Logistics Management Institute (LMI). Currently, he serves as a Trustee to LMI and holds an Executive Fellowship with the Institute for Defense and Business of the University of North Carolina.

Prior to LMI, General Tuttle was the Army’s senior logistician and led 100,000 soldiers and civilians of the U.S. Army Materiel Command during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. General Tuttle also commanded the U.S. Army Logistics Center (now the Combined Arms Support Command), the U.S. Army Operational Test and Evaluation Agency, the Eastern Area of the Military Traffic Management Command, and both the Support Command and Supply and Transport Battalion of the 3d Armored Division in Germany. He served in the Pentagon as the Army's Director of Force Management and at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe as Chief of Policy and Programs Branch and representative to NATO's Defense Review Committee. He began his service as an infantry platoon leader with the 82d Airborne Division and served in Vietnam as the Transportation Officer of the 9th Infantry Division. General Tuttle is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
